- GENERAL
ADVICE TO READ BEFORE ASSEMBLY
- REMOVING
1.For resin pieces use a modeling
knife (X-Acto type) and smooth files.
2.To file up the hole, use a polyester
mastic.
3.Clean the pieces with acetone (do
not dip them too long). Rub down with a waterproof
sand paper.
4.Use scissors or a side cutter for
the photoetched parts, and a smooth file.
- APPLYING
DECAL SETS
1.Cut off decal from sheet and dip
the decal in tepid water for about 10 seconds andplace
on a clean cloth.
2.Hold the backing sheet edge and
slide decal on to the model.
3.Move decal gently down with a soft
cloth until excess water and air bubbles are gone.
4.For hard decals dip them into methylated
spirit, warm soflty with a hairdrier, dabwith a soft
cloth.
- ASSEMBLING
AND GLUING
1.We advise you to put together the
pieces and check them before gluing ; if somepieces
are bent, dib them into tepid water.
2.Use a strong glue (cyanoacrylate)
for resin and photon etched parts.
3.Use a paste for the windscreen.
- PAINTING
1.Rub down with waterproof sandpapers
(800 or 1000).
2.Clean the body with a washing up
detergent or a “F” spirit.
3.You can use all the polyurethane
car lacquers.
Not
suitable for children under 14 years old.
